Abstract

This proposal advocates for a legal reform that ensures fairness in lawsuits by mandating that opposing parties operate with equal budgets, preventing outcomes driven simply by one side's financial superiority.

Justice is not served when one of the parties can win simply by overwhelming the other side with a much larger budget. This proposal fixes that by allowing each side to spend as much as they want on any lawsuit as long as they provide an equal budget to their opponent.
