1 min readThe judicial system could achieve greater justice by implementing a system where decisions are previewed, allowing both parties to comment and raise objections before the decision becomes final. This would provide an opportunity for the court to learn of any new information that might alter its judgment, thus correcting potential mistakes.
Of course, judicial decisions sometimes contain mistakes. Yet, due to their finality, it is very hard for even very big mistakes to be corrected. The judicial system would achieve justice more often if it gave previews of its decisions and allowed both parties to comment on them before it made the decisions final, allowing it to learn of any objections in case the Court learns something that would change its decision.
